    Starting at El Pueblo de Los Angeles, the historic centre of city centre LA, this tour takes you through the picturesque sights and rich history of the City of Angels. Experience 200+ years of Mexican-American history on Olvera Street, check out the terminus of Route 66 at the Santa Monica Pier, look for Ferraris on Rodeo Drive, snap a photo at the Beverly Hills Sign, buy lunch at the Original Farmers Market, strut down the Hollywood Walk of Fame, hunt for handprints at TCL Chinese Theatre, gaze up at the Hollywood sign, and finally take in a stunning high-elevation view of Los Angeles from Griffith Observatory.

    • Stop at Olvera Street to see the city square decked out with colourful papel picado, and stroll down the old street with its multicoloured tiendas; learn about the history of Los Angeles at the city's quaint birth place

    • Take Highway 10 to the beach, passing by the famous open-air Third Street Promenade

    • Stop at Santa Monica to watch waves crash on the beach, and snap a photo at the Pacific terminus of Route 66

    • Drive through Rodeo Drive; think of any luxury brand and you can find it here among the palm trees and muscle cars!

    • Stop to buy and enjoy lunch at the Original Farmers Market, frequented by Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, the Beatles, Shirley Temple, and others

    • If you've got extra time after lunch, take a walk through the Grove shopping centre

    • Stroll the Hollywood Walk of Fame and find your favourite celebrity's terrazzo-and-brass star

    • Stare up at the famous TCL Chinese Theatre and search the pavement for the handprints of Mary Pickford, Judy Garland, Clint Eastwood, and even R2D2

    • Enter the red-carpeted Dolby Theatre, where the Academy Awards have been held since 2001

    • Pass through Griffith Park, the US's largest municipal park (five times bigger than NYC's Central Park!)
