Followed by Breakfast served in our living room or outside if the weather permits. 9:30 Its departure time and Elisabete will guide us to Þingvellir National Park where we will learn how Iceland Island was formed and where the Icelandic Nation Born. One hour walking through two tectonic plates, crystal clear glacier water lake, the oldest Parliament and a Waterfall. Heading to Geothermal area of Haukadalur we will visit Europe's first Geysir who "Gushes" every 4 min. Following the Golden Waterfall and Lunch inside a tomato Greenhouse, 30 min walk around a volcano Crater Kerið and back to the Resort. We have dinner at 19:00 and free time after it.

All meals will be liquid today, natural juices, smoothies and soup. Our activity of the day will be Snorkelling between two tectonic plates. We leave at 11:00 Elisabete will drive the group to the Site where professional guides will guide us into this epic adventure. back to the Resort you have self-service dinner at the house and free access to Hvammsvik Nature Spa. Free time at night.

Today we start the day with the fire workshop. followed by a private and exclusive Sweat Lodge Ceremony where we have the opportunity to cleanse the mind and body and align with our true passions. A rejuvenating meal will be served and you will be free to use Hvammmsvik spa and hot springs as you wish. Don't miss out on a cold plunge into the clearest arctic waters of the ocean for a complete experience. breakfast is self service in the Farm-house. At 13:00 starts the 4 Element workshop in the Farm-house. a workshop especially designed to reflect and explore all the practices learnet in the past 3 days: Mindfulness meditation, Breath Work and physical detox. Now its time to go on an inner Journey. Elisabete will guide you through the preparation to the Sweat lodge Ceremony wich is in a tent on the Nature Resorts land. After the Sweat lodge there will be a feast and farewell dance party. Free at night.

Our incredible adventure comes to an end. We celebrate new friends and a new you. After breakfast and check out we head into The Blue Lagoon Iceland. Considered the most beautiful spa in the world. Here you can add your experience, in water massages and yoga classes booked in advance. We will then enjoy a magnificent 3-course meal in the prestigious Lava Restaurant. A farewell cocktail will be served and we can say our " see us soon" and off to the airport or your final destination.
