The management at this property needs to be reevaluated. We stayed there for a weekend and the front desk clerks were helpful as much as they could be (Janet, Adrienne, Calvin) but the manager Naima is useless. We waited for her to contact us, left several messages and nothing . We went down to the desk to be told she was on the phone so we waited only to be told she had to leave and would’ve be able to help us. The room was hot and funky, they switched our room only for it to be hot as well. They sent the maintenance guy who tried to tell us nothing was wrong until he spoke with my husband who does maintenance as well. Only then did they try to help us again. So I went to the front desk and Ms Manager (Naomi) wasn’t available nor did she reach out in any way after multiple attempts to contact her were made. Hotels thrive off of customer service and hospitality and hers sucks.
