Perfect Stay!
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Room was beautiful and spacious (One-Bedroom Suite). Amenities are great, and weren't over crowded. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in luxury while in Bangkok. Staff is fantastic and attentive.

Property is very upscale and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bars on 52nd and 59th Floors were breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a lot of choices.

We stayed for 2 nights to get a quick full experience of the inner most city part of Bangkok. Hotel staff is excellent, service is impressive. Bed is very comfortable. We were on 39th floor and had the view of Chao Praya River. It was beautiful despite the smog. Bathroom: shower door is crooked and can use some maintenance. One tiny shelf in shower. No other space to put anything else. No hooks near the shower so you have to walk across the bathroom to get it from the shelf above the bathtub. That’s my only suggestions. Khun Kaew was so kind and nice at the front desk. Her hospitality was genuine and sweet. Khun Oppy- the concierge was knowledgeable and kind. We didn’t get to support what she has to offer but we will next time when we stay longer than 2 nights. The men at the doors were so welcoming and helpful. Overall highly recommended! I hope you add more shelf in the shower and 2 hooks to hang towels near the shower. :) Thank you for your top notch hospitality, Banyan Tree staff! We cannot wait to stay with you again.
