the resort has a great pool, spent my days floating in the water. Rooms are nice, however it would be nice if the shower had a bench in it.

Great property for adults. The food is amazing with so many restaurants to choose from. The main area is similar to a shopping mall. Of course the gift store prices will be expensive, but everything else is included from entertainment, food, to drinks.

The pool was large and beautiful, but not enough bathrooms for pool users. The beach was man-made & tons of rocks & ocean debris on the beach (staff didn't clean away debris well enough), there was alot of coral and rocks in the water. It was a small beach compared to the size of the resort and there were not enough chairs on the beach. One day they ran out of beach towels for the last 3 hrs of the pool time. Pool entertainment was great! The rooms had a dated wicker design in between the glass of internal doors, not a good look. The only place to hang your towels in the bathroom was above the separate tub but you had to stand on the tub to get to it. Dangerous & inconvenient! Toilet & shower doors swung inward and almost touched, making it awkward to move inside the bathroom. Shower had a slow drain. Reported it to housekeeper, but it was not addressed. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows way too soft!! Need designated smoking areas so us non-smokers don't have to be exposed to smoke throughout the pool area and room balcony. The bartenders were great and they didn't water down the drinks! The breakfast was good at the Captain's Market. However, the curry chicken was tasteless; so disappointing! Jerk chicken and stewed chicken were good. Please add paper napkins to your inside dinning. Wiping my lipstick on the cloth napkins just made more work for the laundry department. Wait staff were great!

We traveled with 4 total couples in our 50's. We have been to several all inclusive properties over the last 30 years, so this is my honest review from a fairly non-picky traveler. :) Location - about 35-40 minutes from Montego Bay. Property - the property is relatively new and beautiful Rooms - king size bed was very comfy and also had a loveseat with pullout bed. Rooms were large and clean. Food - food was very good, Steakhouse was our favorite, followed by Hibachi, and the buffets were really good offering made to order pasta, breakfast was always good. Drinks - similar to all other inclusives, generic alcohol, but great fruity drinks - you can always ask for more alcohol if they are not strong enough Beach - very rocky, hard to even swim....not good Pools - beautiful What could they improve? Water stations...if you want water, you had to ask a bartender....make water self-serve. (possibly do that for keg beer too) This would free up the bartenders to make drinks. Coffee - the coffee shop is great, but the ONLY place to get coffee in the morning before 8am. How about a coffee station in the lobbies? Garbage - hard to find a garbage can....not sure why this is???? Overall, this is a really nice place. It's newer and has a really nice set-up especially with the kid friendly resort almost attached to it...and the sharing of restaurants. Would I go back? Only if I had friends going....otherwise, I would go to Negril as the beaches are BEAUTIFUL there.
