I stayed here for winter break and I was very disappointed with the room. I paid a lot for this trip and the room was below standard. The view was of a roof and a jungle gym. The room I stayed in, 2201, was also dated and in need of repair. If you are going to charge 500 or more for a night I should have a view of the ocean

It is a beautiful property. Food options are great, staff are friendly. We had a hiccup upon check in. The general manager & his staff did a great job in the recovery. We were quite impressed how General Manager was involved in follow ups on the rest of the stays while we were there. Things happen, what really matters the most how they handle the challenge. We enjoyed the stay and highly recommend the property.
