Check in was slow and seemed redundant considering i had all the hotels.com info and reservation was there . Front desk person was unable to clearly answer questions . Remote and clock in room were broken - remote had duct tape on battery area and barely worked .

The hotel is nicely located and generally was comfortable. Good included breakfast and excellent barman at night. However, it has serious maintenance problems. The heating system in our room was rigged to maintain a relatively good ambiance, but the main unit controls were dead and even the on/off function did not work - I could not shut off the fan, let alone bring it to a lower, less noisy speed; the temp controls were not active, although the thermostat was displaying requested levels. The second issue was that for our five days stay one of two elevators was not functional. With better maintenance it would be a nice hotel.

Second stay at this hotel. As before I found everyone pleasant and attentive. The accommodation is on the more basic end of the spectrum but is clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. No complainrs and will return.

Decent, wine at bar was way overpriced! $15/ glass. Would be better if microwave was in each room. Room was not cleaned during stay, had to request linens. Front staff pleasant.
