Can’t believe this hotel has a “very good” ratings. I had reserved two rooms - when we arrived, the front desk insisted that we had prepaid for three rooms and gave us the keys to three rooms. When we got upstairs half of us went to one room and half to another. About an hour later someone else came into the second room with their key. The front desk said they made a mistake and we only had the two other rooms. So my daughter had to move all her stuff to another room. The rooms themselves are just ok. Cheap furniture that looks like it was just thrown together into the room and not the cleanest. The duvets seemed to be made of some kind of pvc material that was super uncomfortable. One room had a plasticky smell. And then there was the noise. This hotel is located literally above the interstate. You would think they would have soundproofed the building somewhat, but that’s not the case. Traffic sounds all night. To make things worse, the walls are very thin and we heard our neighbors as if they were in the room with us. Pool was small and unimpressive. Breakfast was fresh and food variety but not worth what they were charging per person. We had free breakfast so didn’t have to worry about that. I hate to be negative, but we’re frequent travelers (at least 1-2 hotel stays per month) and this was quite unpleasant.

I left for class at 7:30am and got back to my hotel room at 5:30pm and my door was left open. At some point during the day the cleaners were in there and left it open for the rest of the day. I also placed my water bottle on the floor and the bottle rolled away because it was so uneven. I also couldn't sleep past 5:30am because the traffic was so loud. Otherwise great and I would say exactly what I would expect for the price.

Elevators were not working properly with long delays. False Alarm went off in middle of the night with fire doors slamming for over an hour after making it difficult to get back to sleep followed by no hot water the next day. Decided to check out a day early and hotel accomodated this.

Great hotel that is right off the highway. Easily accessible and very close to Boston and all its landmarks. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The new breakfast buffet has improved with cook to order eggs and numerous other options.

Great visit - great location
Simply put my visit to the 4 points Sheraton was an exceptional stay. I would recommend this location as it’s near enough to the T and it was helpful. The location was clean and was quiet.
