The Staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was clean and in good condition. The pillows were awesome and the bed was very comfortable. My complimentary breakfast was way above average and the food was really good. I also ate in the lounge and both the food and the service were great. They used a house made patty for my burger. As a person who is a bit of a “road warrior” and who basically lived out of a suitcase and stayed in hotels 80 nights a year for 20 years, this hotel exceeded my expectations by a lot. I’d stay here again and I’d recommend this hotel

I like the property. Nice rooms, great staff! The buffet breakfast however, was mostly room temp food, and I was told that was all that was available to me, when in fact I could have ordered off the regular menu and gotten a 'hot' meal which was what was promised

Rooms are a little outdated and the lighting isn’t great. Was a bit dusty but overall pretty clean and cozy. Staff was great and the price was right. Would definitely stay here again.

I liked Heritage Inn on account it is close to where my son lives and to shopping. The Front Desk Staff and Restaurant staff were Great. Oh and they have a swimming pool! I needed it!!
