Car Vandalized
My car was vandalized while in the care of the valet at StayPineapple. The valet said nothing, I noticed the damage immediately and went back to discuss it with the front desk. They said I'd have to take it up with the valet company - I had to prod them to get the name and contact information of the company. The man running the valet disappeared as soon as he handed me the keys and we were not able to talk to him, despite trying to contact someone in the valet office while on site. Otherwise, the hotel was quite lovely.

Best location and staff!
Great hotel! The location is awesome - close to tons of shopping, restaurants and Nightlife. Front desk staff were so kind and personable. Rooms were comfy - two duvets per bed!!! My only complaint is that because it’s a historic building they give you a real key and makes me a bit nervous as a female traveler if the key could be copied. Otherwise top notch!!!

Love the robes and bedding, and the large windows in the room. Checkin staff was great—helpful and friendly. Atwood needs more wait staff for the bar or needs to let patrons know they have to order food at the bar.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if we were doing something in the Loop. It was a cool hotel—the complimentary drink and cookies were appreciated. Our only complaint was that there was only one reading lamp on the side of the bed, so it was hard for one person to read and the room was a bit dark.
