This is our 5th Riu hotel in 4th country and we were blown away. The first thing that impressed us was the food. It was AMAZING! Every day a different options were offered and it was all delicious. The staff was super friendly and rooms were kept very clean. The pool bar staff was amazing. We did not try any specialty restaurants because the buffet food so delicious. We would highly recommend this place anytime !

I really enjoyed the all inclusive food and drinks at this resort. I liked that they didn’t serve the same menu every day. Make sure you make your dinner reservations as soon as you get there, I was able to go to the Moon and Spices restaurants. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, they have to attend to allot of people, it is really busy at the resort. I didn’t see any staff annoyed with the guests. They were very attentive in all areas, the beach, at the entrance, and restaurants. The hotel is about 20 minutes away from the downtown area, this is depending on traffic, which is really bad. We rented a car and with our hotel key card you can park your car for free at the resort.
