Apart hotel stay
Trip to explore the city. Excellent location, very close to temple bar main area but not the noise if it. Bed was nice and comfortable. Plenty of facilities.

The girl and the guy who helped to checked in were really nice ,I forgot asked their name if the manager can see this comment check 7 of feb afternoon who did check in for me , they are very nice and friendly, But the heater system is not working for twice which is annoying,

Awful Stay
They double charged me for my room and took out an unauthorised payment of £137. They denied this at first until I contacted my bank and asked for the authorisation code for the transaction. This left me with no money whilst I was in Dublin and resulted in my bank account becoming overdrawn. Would not recommend staying here.

The service rep was friendly and helpful. The room was available by the time I arrived and it was clean and has everything I needed in the room. The property was close to the local stores and restaurants. It was walkable distance and I did not have transportation issue. Love this location and will definitely stay again.
