impossible to get any sleep, people running around the halls all night and partying. only nice thing was amenities close by and the pool was mostly empty and had to ourselves because the hotel was filled with people partying and not families.

Our check in was uneventful, although the front desk person was very busy fielding calls, they were friendly and efficient. We were put on the 3rd floor in a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately it was VERY loud with 2 different sports teams staying in the hotel and there were people speaking loudly in the hallways late in the evening and early in the morning. The elevator is very slow and with as busy as the hotel was, couldn’t keep up. The staff was friendly and did their best. Was very pleased with the customer service.

This is experience was not great after Driving 14hrs looking forward to sleep. There was 2 junior hockey teams that partied until 3am. Contacted the front desk twice and both times the kids were told to shut it down with no luck. Not the front desks fault kids are being direspectful, however the front desk should have contacted the coaches and told them to quiet there kids or they would be removed with no refund as there are paying travelers that cannot get rest due to there hooligans.
