Major miscommunication among hotel staff
The hotel advertises free Airport pickup . we arrived at 2 am Feb 12, 2024. I called the hotel to ask if they would send a taxi for us and the lady from the hotel said I had to call. I asked if it had to be a specific taxi company and she said any taxi ad they would pay. We took a Yellow cab to the hotel and based on the information we received we told the cab driver the hotel would pay him When we got to the reception desk the clerk said it was only Apple cabs that they use. We had to pay and there was no offer to reimburse us. I think this is really poor service and am not sure I would stay or recomment your hotel to anyone .

The hotel was clean and spacious rooms. Staff was wonderful. The only negative would be the breakfast "buffet". The eggs were like soup, bacon was super thin and tasted like paper. Only 3 options. The boiled eggs in the cooler were plastic and not available. Other then that the stay, room and staff were amazing.
