The Twin Fin was great. Across the street from the beach, you’re close to the main attraction. Anchored at one end of the strip, so you won’t get lost on a night ramble. It also hosts its own bar, which has live entertainment almost every night and is a great place to unwind after your day. Perfect vacation hotel!

2 stars but customer service was 5/5 stars. 1st room had stain on bed sheets and bugs crawling on nightstand. Reception moved us to 2nd room right away and gave complimentary upgrade to partial ocean view room. 2nd room had yellow stains on bed. Reception moved us to 3rd room without hassle. 3rd room was partial ocean view and on a higher floor. 3rd room was cleaner than the 1st 2 but smelled musty and was just run down overall. Had stains on nightstands and shower head had black circles around the holes that water sprays out of. Service from reception and valet were great but, based on cleanliness, I would not stay again or recommend.

Not much good to say about the twin fin, the staff was nice and polite that’s about it. Dumpy place, AC didn’t work, phone to call front desk didn’t work. Things falling apart and looking terrible.
