The partial Oceanview room was excellent, with the surf breaking 3 stories below. Parking was inconvenient and cost another $25 not included in the Expedia charge, and there was an additional "incidental" $25 charge adding up to $54 with tax over what I thought I would be paying. When I went down in the morning to the bar and tried to sit at a table with a view right next door, a waitress rudely moved my stuff and told me that if I was ordering from the bar I had to sit at the bar instead. There were other empty tables so I thought it unnecessary. It also ruined the mood. If I want to be treated like sh*t I would stay in Haole-land where it is expected. Adding the extra $30 or so it would have cost to order from the menu, that comes up to an additional $84 to enjoy what was advertised. Great location and view but their nickel and diming and one rude staff person with a mercenary attitude makes it very unlikely I would ever go back.
