Functional room close to the bustling Waikiki area. Among a few other hiccups, we were originally given a room with a dirty bathing suit hanging in the bathroom and a broken TV. This was corrected quickly and efficiently; however, the hotel is generally quite dated and gives a depressing vibe that is hard to shake despite its proximity to so many beautiful things.

Excellent location in the middle of Waikiki area with beach, shops and restaurants all in short walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fine for one night but it looked out over construction. The decor is a bit tired and worn out but there are improvements in progress. The price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Great stay
Right in the middle of everything. Very convenient walking distance to all needs. This is our 3rd stay with Outrigger. There was construction going on during our stay so we could hear banging and drilling going on.

The staff is wonderful! They are remodeling, and the newly redone room we had was fantastic. However, if you can’t handle noise, it is not the place to stay, other than that is was perfect. House keeping was fantastic! Xi Li kept things nice on the 17th floor all week! Location can’t be beat, right in the middle of ABC land and a quick walk to multiple beaches. The Italian restaurant downstairs is phenomenal, I highly recommend trying it!
