Great Hotel Neighbors Suck
Excellent hotel just a stones throw away from Waikiki. Would recommend to family & friends. One downside, neighboring hotel plays very loud music ... and terrible music at that ... until midnight.

I liked the location and services, but the hotel was too old and not renovated. Breakfast was abondent but it lacked some items like cheese, peanut butter and honey. But generally was great.

Check in clerk tried to change my 2 bed paid for reservation to one bed for my granddaughter & I.Supervisor came along( Thank goodness) & over rode her.Hotel wasnt even one third full!! Hotel was nice though,view outstanding !! Restaurant should be open til 1pm.Pool needs to be heated in Dec.,Jan,& Feb!!

This hotel needs upgrades. Bathtub was stained with rust and did not drained well. Some part of Wall papers were peeled off. Hall way carpets were dirty. Some staffs were simply rude, tapped on customer’s shoulder to teach the hotel policy. Hotel staffs do not politeness all the time but tapping on a customer’s shoulder is simply rude.
