There was makeup on my pillows when I arrived. I wasn’t offered any type of compensation for that. I was told there is parking but there is about 10 parking stalls that belong to the hotel and the other options is $20 a night for parking.

I found it to be a but run down and dirty not my cup of tea...the restaurant food was good and the bar but the overall stay was horrible we hardly slept due to the fact we could hear the bar and the next rooms over

This historic hotel is nicely renovated while retaining its old charm. The rooms are well provisioned and the beds very comfortable. The attached restaurant and bar and downtown location make this hotel a great choice for a stay in Kamloops.
