Reception was hard to get hold of at times and had to request supplies multiple times. But the property itself was very nice. The hotel room had high end facilities and very clean.

Strong marujuana smell!
Great hotel but such a shame about the constant and overwhelming smell of marujuana! Had to be moved rooms as the whole floor stank and the lift every time You went in it!

Good access, clean and comfortable hotel.
Excellent hotel for access from M40 and 1 minute walk to Park Royal station.l, so perfect location when visiting London by a car without wanting to drive too deep towards the busy London traffic. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful, and we had a good breakfast. The only issue is that parking availability is very limited, so if arriving late I to the evening, you might struggle to find a space.

Nice modern hotel near to main roads and tube
Hotel situated on western ave so really closed to the tube at Park RoyaI. I was kindly upgraded with a quiet leafy green view. Lovely Elemis toiletries, bath robe and slippers. Will definitely return if I need to be in this area.

Excellent service from the staff. They .ade my anniversary extra special with an upgraded room with a little romantic surprise in the room. We were incredibly thankful for everything done. Very clean room with a very comfortable bed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
