Good stay
Very good location. Close to subway and bus stops. The room I picked was a small one but clean and simple. I went out whole day so the room size was not a big deal to me. No fridge for small room. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Could have been perfect ….
This hotel was I a great location. Basic room. Which was what I needed for my trip as wasn’t planning to spend time in hotel. Unfortunately once I got back home I noticed I had bite marks on my body, doctor assuming most likely bed bugs. Never experienced this before. It is a shame as the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Otherwise I would return.

Fabulous hotel
A lovely hotel, very comfortable, clean and well run. Fabulous continental breakfast and the most friendly and helpful reception staff I have ever come across. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on my next trip to London.

We had a small double room and found it to be perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay. Comfortable, everything very clean and given it was within easy walking distance of loads of restaurants and Victoria station and theatre, we found it to be good value for money. Staff were all lovely and breakfast was brilliant. Would stay again.

Comfortable stay in central London
We stayed in the smaller double room and it was spacious enough for us, being tall and large people. The AC was good and the room was quiet even though we were in central London. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The continental breakfast could have been better but for the price it did the job well. The staff were nice and friendly. I've stayed in London hotels that were more expensive and not as central that were nowhere near the quality, so I'm definitely recommending this one.

Small and cozy
My room was very small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. I opted for the continental breakfast option, and it was a nice spread.

Our room was comfortable (not spacious but this is London after all), the bed was particularly comfortable and the shower was excellent. From our room we had wonderful views of many of the London landmarks. Our room and other parts of the hotel that we saw were immaculately clean and well maintained and decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful, efficient and friendly. The hotel was just a 5-10 minute walk to Pimlico tube station which was very handy and you could easily walk to the Westminster area along the River in about 25 minutes. Our only problem was that our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. The staff managed to largely unblock it on 3 occasions but in the end we were given a plunger to use if necessary. That did the trick as it didn’t block up again! Just one of those annoying things, I guess. We would definitely stay here again if we were in London, but only with the benefit of an Expedia discount.
