The staff at the front desk were professional. Our room was large, beautiful, and clean when we arrived, but there was no maid service at all our four days there. Lots of outlets for computers and phones. Good TV. Very comfortable bed. Thermostat took some figuring out. Tiny soap bars. Liquid dispensers should have been turned upside down to make the liquid easier to flow. Large shower but nothing to sit on. Few handholds. Beautiful view. Very comfortable bed, but only very soft pillows--some medium density would have been good. Good free breakfast. We got our car tagged because the front desk did not give us a card for the windshield when we checked in--just threatened to tow my car if we did not get one. Even with my handicapped plates. Room key stopped working when I put it in the same pocket with my cell. Several entrances to hotel parking were blocked off. All in all, a nice hotel and room with a number of deficiencies they should correct.
