Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious.

Stayed for 4 days after travelling to fuji Mount area~ this place is so close to Shinjuku station and other connected shopping areas~ the room is kinda small but fair. Bed is ok, pillows is ok, blanket is average. staffs are helpful but not much interaction. this place is good for u to have a trip that u spend time on shopping, coz its so close to station, u drop off your stuff and then get going to another shopping area~ I Would recommend u to stay here if u are new to Japan/Tokyo and learning how the train system work~ its a great starting point~
