Great location and really good rooms. Impressed with the room having phone chargers and multi plug adapters. Only down side for us was airport transfer. The hotel provides links to companies but does not organise for you. Not a big thing but when arriving at 1am it’s nice to know the hotel is there for you.

Beautiful large room with fabulous views of Mount Fuji. Staff was incredibly helpful and we learned to navigate the public transportation with ease. Would definitely stay there again! Sky lounge was our favorite evening hang out.
