My air conditioner was working upon checki in. Was told it would be repaired. I left and came back later was not working so they put me in another room which was ok. It’s just for the price I expect it should have been fixed . I had to gather my stuff and move to another room which is a a hassle.

Great property, but after all the fees the price of the room was quite expensive compared to the initial booking. $40 for parking, $40 to have our dog with us. Both fees were unexpected. I initially expected the room to be around $150 it came close to $300 after all the extra fees. Geesh

Check in is a nightmare
Hotel was great, however they did not have my room ready when I arrived. I had called and said that I would be late, but planned on paying and they had given my room up. It was a very frustrating situation. They didn't do anything to try to compensate me for the situation.

In town for the TN State Swim meet, hotel is a few minutes away from the Centennial Sportsplex. Also, the beds are super comfortable...we will return to HHNV.
