Check-in was ok. Overall, the front desk staff seemed to be unconcerned with doing their job. I wasn't told that parking was $20/day. I was also told that a front desk staff member would bring new keys to my room when the electronic lock malfunctioned. No one ever came. Also, there was no chair in the room. Absolutely no where to sit besides the bed except for a tiny footstool.

Stayed there a few times previously, and it was fine, but not this time. Even after several calls, their shuttle never came (although they said it did). After waiting outside for 1.5 hours, per their instructions, I was angry and walked from the train station to hotel in freezing rain. Complained to front desk, but got only an automatic apology. Not acceptable! Bed was comfortable and room was clean except sheets and comforter cover were horribly wrinkled on one side. It looked to me like someone had slept there. Ugh! Probably won’t go back again.
