Raddison in Germany (stayed at 2) seem to be much better quality comparied to what we are use to. 2 complementary water. 1 had really good in room coffee.

The Park Inn by Radisson Nürnberg is an excellent choice just outside the Old City gates and convenient to everything. There's even a supermarket mere steps away. It is very convenient for the Opera House, restaurants, shopping, the train station. The Staff is excellent and a special mention goes to the young lady in charge of the Hotel's bar and grill. She made my stay quite a wonderful experience with her charm and wonderful service. Another special mention goes to my Housekeeper who was superb.
