Overall, we had a nice visit. I love that recycling was an option! So many hotels just throw things out without a bin for recycling. The location was amazing, having direct beach access and free parking on the property. The staff were very friendly. Some minor care could be important before the rush of summer season. (We stayed in February during off-season). Some WD-40 on the bathroom door hinges, possibly replacing the hair dryer which was cracked. The worst part was the lack of sound insulation between rooms and inadequate "noisy hours" enforcement. The room next door was loud and not child friendly as adult activities were clearly taking place. Also, the smell of Marijuana drifted in through the AC unit into our room, and people were knocking on the door and in and out throughout the early morning hours. It seemed like illegal activity was taking place. But to the hotel's defense, we did not report this activity so I don't know how they would have responded. It was an uncomfortable situation for us and did feel unsafe so we kept to ourselves.

Convenient area and walkable to restaurants but not anything great just a place to sleep as its not updated but did have a fridge/microwave in room. Bathroom was a bit dirty. Front desk did have coffee in the morning which was nice.

A great spot close to the Pier, many restaurants, and the surrounding area. We enjoyed several walks on the beach as it was RIGHT there!!
