This resort is perfect for a family with little children. The resort is older, but is well kept. The food left little to be desired and the check-in process is slow and confusing. Overall we had a pleasant stay!

The shower door did not close properly creating a lake on the bathroom floor. This made for a slippery exit on the wet tile floor. Used our towels to clean it up. Money was taken from our safe. It was reported, the hotel staff did not seem to know what to do. Children in the adult pool. Beach vendors selling incessantly on the properties beach area. Buffet was decent. Al Carte’s over all were acceptable. The staff was wonderful. Kind, helpful and friendly. A memorable vacation, though not in a positive way. No answer when calling the front desk.

I paid almost $3000.00 and my room had no phone and I had to go down stairs to the front to use their phone to order room service. My balcony sliding door did not secure and I reported 3 separate times on 3 separate days and I bet it still has not been fixed. Property is clean, staff is cordial and hospitable but man did they drop the when it came to my stay. If this is all inclusive then I might as well get a motel next time and save a couple grand

Staff were very friendly,old resort needs some serious tlc,the snack bar was a disaster the food was always cold,sadly the new snack bar by the ocean opened the day we left so hope it is better than the one by the game room.it would have been nice if the front desk could have changed dollars to pesos as other resorts do,limited my spending there.the al la cartes were nice the buffet lacked quality.

First room smelled of sewage , second room after requested change was better but in disrepair. Beds comfortable, good view (top floor facing water) debris on stairways and hallways stayed for days but saw people cleaning? Not sure why it stayed. Limited English spoken , different than previous stays in PV. Must be labour shortage. Can see they are trying but need renewed investment. Service in upscale choices also much below what you would expect. Almost want to go back and train them as that's what I do in Canada. Heard of GM addressing other people concerns, seems like his hands are tied by ownership. Been there.
