The food is no good they serve left over food, the food make me sick when I got home. Where the server take the drink is dirty and smell really bad and you don't know where the got your drink.The lock on the door I have to fight with it to open it. When I taking a shower the water just stop I have to wait 4 to 5 minutes until the water come back.

Upon arrival, NO ONE told us about the property, we had to figure out everything on out own. we had to wait 7 hour for toilet paper after 3 request, the receptionist gave away our towel to a local because we were not "fast enough" with our deposit, no power at time, no water - then being lied to as to when it was coming back on.. it took hours, no water service at the buffet

I stayed there for one night in December 2023. The food definitely made me sick but that may be common when traveling and was the least of my problems as I discovered that my room was infested with fleas. I have never had any flea interactions and it turns out that I am incredibly allergic to flea saliva which resulted in a month of extreme discomfort, doctor visits, medication purchases, etc. I contacted the hotel for a refund but no response. Then I attempted to get a refund via the booking portal and no luck there as well.

Limited food choices for an "All-inclusive" and limited bar choices as well with inconvenient hours for the snack bar. The snack bar lines were rediculously long on a daily basis (under-staffed) and drop-dead time cutoff for the snack bar left my friend without food after I was the last person served. I had to share my burger as the chef refused to sevre my friend!
