The location was great for first time visiting Vancouver, walkable The building is really out dated , repair patch, little bump hazard on our living space was dangerous for my little kids, the kept falling, my youngest fell over the trip bump transition on the floor and bunked his forehead to the corner of wall and got a bruise and bump (glad it didn’t cut open) As you approach the building you smell sewage not sure that is city issue or the building!!! Location were great for us. Staff were really friendly. I don’t think I will go back there again just because of the condition of the building itself!

This was the perfect hotel to spend a pleasant and enjoyable night in Vancouver at a very affordable price. The rooms were clean and safe and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Priyanshu (the concierge), was incredibly helpful with the check-in process and provided a very welcoming atmosphere for my short stay. Would certainly recommend if staying in Vancouver again.

I was actually very impressed with the service. Based on the price. This place is beautiful. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Not Worth the Value for Money-
The room was smelly and it was different from how it was portrayed. The customer service wasn't friendly and the entire experience was just convenient (due to the location) and not comfortable.
