Would have been nice to know the pool was broken sooner then 3 hours before check in so we could try and make other arrangements. Room was clean breakfast was ok. Panhandlers in the restaurant throwing tantrums we could do without.

Only reason I give it 1 star was that the staff that checked me in were incredibly nice, other than that it was a horrible experience, incredibly noisy at night, got woken up late night to a man and his significant other physically fighting, smashing, and banging on the walls due to it and the man screaming at his significant other if she wanted to die, almost called the police, contacted security and they helped but it was still a process for them to get them quiet, it wasn’t till closer to 2 am that things settled down, then when we finally fall asleep again at 3 not sure if it was the same people but we were awoken to people running up and down the hall screaming and banging all sounded very intoxicated, we would have left the hotel, but we felt like leaving our room would be unsafe, horrible feeling when you pay 190$ for a room and don’t feel safe in it. In final I will never stay at this location again nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I know, if I had the option I would be trying to get my money back or a portion of it

Hotel was completely booked up so the pool area was extremely noisy. We arrived a bit early To check in and ended up waiting until 430 for our room anyways (check in 4). Overall not bad. Not the place for a relaxing getaway, but the kids love it.
