The skywalk connecting so many places downtown was awesome, especially in the winter! We were told by locals to not walk outside at night. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful!!

Lots of homelessness and street people around asking for money, but thats downtown Winnipeg unfortunately. That has nothing to do with the hotel and they have very good security measures in place. Felt very safe there.

Booked king room, arrived at property and they “overbooked the rooms” was changed to a queen without any notice. Very frustrating. Offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience

Cleanliness Concerns
Cleanliness was an issue. Upon check-in, there was chewing gum all over the floor and on the curtains. The curtains also had a brown stain. I found a syringe (needle) in the closet and the beds were poorly made. I requested and was given a different room but I never felt comfortable after that and won't be returning.
