The property was conveniently located near to several main tourist sites, the bed was very comfortable, the room was a bit small but we had a nice balcony, and the upstairs dining area was superb, but the best was the staff, especially Yasmine, Senak, and the front manager on duty the night of 13 June (don't have his name!) Were all justvsimply superb! They went above and beyond to help my husband retieve his wallet lost and found at the airport, and helped us schedule a lovely sunset cruise on the Bosphorous. They do Turkey and the Seven Hills proud. Also our 1st cab driver Engun was so kind.

Hotel staff , cleaning crew, & rooftop restaurant staff all and all sooooo friendly so attentive. What great food and location . Right in the middle of Sofia & tje blue mosque. We walked everywhere. Loved istanbul and the people , specially the Sevenhills Hotel staff & experience was amazing.

Great location. Helpful staff. 1st room was not what we expected, and staff changed it for us. Rooftop restaurant and bar were fabulous. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Served good coffee at the table. Concierge arranged a guide for us who was quite good. The boat ride on the Bosphorus recommended by the hotel was overpriced and amenities were not as advertised. My only recommendation is that the lobby could have had better seating and been more comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

It has an excellent view of the Mosques, the breakfasts are fabulous, the front desk staff is super professional and all their workers are very friendly and helpful. The man who welcomed us When we arrived, it was very special, as was the front desk magnager. I had the best experience and I will return soon.

The breakfast is every day standaard, no variation for the price you pay. Would be better to have buffet so you make your own choice. Especially if someone is not familiar with Turkish Food.

Biggest asset of this hotel was location-in a quiet, clean part of Sultanahmet <5min walking distance to the two mosques. Rooms were average and wifi was decent. Rooftop restaurant had fantastic views of the old town and Bosphorus. Would stay here again.

Seven Hills has a superb location to walk to Istanbul’s major attractions in the centre of the city. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast food and service is outstanding, and we enjoyed eating in the rooftop dining room as well. Seven Hills has probably the best view of the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque of any hotel in the area, with a constant traffic of tourists snapping photos and selfies from the rooftop terrace. Overall, a great stay and would recommend this hills.
