Déceptions pour le prix payé!!! 150$ la nuit fin de semaine du carnaval pour une chambre économique nous somme resté 4 jours à l’hôtel. Nous avons demandé à deux reprises de faire le ménage et cela na jamais été fait .. très humide dans la chambre , le lavabo de la salle de bain coulait. Jai du demander des serviettes et débarbouillette, car a notre arrivée il y avait seulement une débarbouillette et trois serviettes. Service \- bon .. a l’arrivée la personne qui nous a servie cetais bien .. mais par la suite nous avons demandé des serviettes de plus il nous ont dit qu’il viendrait a notre chambre malheureusement il ne sont jamais venue nous avons du retourner une deuxième fois pour redemander les serviettes De plus , prendre note que l’hôtel est en grosse rénovation il y a des travailleurs dans les corridors peinture, plâtre , autre .. présentement côté esthétique ce n’est pas beau , mais sûrement éventuellement .. Point positif, il y a un beau coin piscine style un peu tropiques.. il y a de petits oiseaux en cage, des belles plantes .. coin jeux d’eau, piscine et spa cest bien Deuxième points positifs , je dirais que l’hôtel est entouré de restaurant : Mc donnal, Tim hortons, Normandin, St-hubert, thai express, Cora (déjeuner) Personnellement je ne retournerai plus a cette hôtel!

A 3 day stay for Carnival. No room service unless you are there a week. Looks like it needs a refit, hallways missing carpet squares etc

Les enfants courraient faisait beaucoup de bruits dans l' hôtel en debut de soirée, puis durant une heure environ. Puis tout d' un coup, le calme est revenu, par la suite, c' étaiit résolu. Des travaux étaient en cours sur mon étage mais la chambre etait trés prore et je ne manquait de rien.
