This locations evening check in person was amazing. She was polite friendly and had suggestions for a meal that was later than normal. Room conditions were mediocre. The bathroom toilet kept running. It was late and not much we could do since we were unpacked already. The wall had blue cleaner maybe all over it and brush marks and hair it looked like. Like someone slipped cleaning stuff on it and never wiped it down. There was a bath mat however the tub was so slippery. The refrigerator in the room wasn’t working. Again we had a late check in and already unpacked so moving rooms wasn’t an option. I could not save my leftovers from dinner nor could I freeze my ice pack for me knee (recent surgery). Checking out in the morning I got some ice in a bag for my knee. The check out girl was different than the night before. Could have cared less and no enthusiasm what so ever. I asked if by chance I could keep a small towel (explaining the fridge and knee and ice issue). Again in her lack of even caring for her job was a nope. It at this time. Not hopeful I will stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent--hot burritos made on the premises were a surprise. Decor was creative. Price very reasonable. Would definetly stay here again.

After a very long 11 hour drive we got a room that had a window that was defective and couldn’t be closed. With the outside automobile traffic noise and loud people in the parking lot I requested a room change for the first time ever I believe. Staff was able to move us so no worries as we hadn’t unpacked. The kicker was being greeted by 3 Santa Fe police officers arresting a guest 4 doors down at 6am. Found out the reason as garbage and towels and bedsheets were thrown from a still opened window all around and ON my vehicle due to what sounded like quite a skirmish as we passed by the police and guest who was injured. It was quiet enough as I didn’t hear any of that. The ice machine was out of order.

Clean property and nice staff. Breakfast burritos were great. Couldn't get a printed receipt, printer was down. We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night which was false. The staff had a difficult time turning it off so we stood outside due to the noise until they figured it out.

Very nice place to stay. The room was very comfortable, clean and dark (great shades & blinds). The breakfast burritos were great, but if you want something else, your options are very limited. The location can't be beat - you are right off the main drag and everything is nearby.

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast burritos were good but they used too much potato in the sausage egg in my opinion. I liked the veggie better surprisingly. I thought it was clean, liked the athletics art and had comfortable bedding. The fire alarm did go off for almost an hour though which really disrupted our sleep at midnight and made us grumpy. I think that was a fluke and not the hotels fault though.
