We have stayed at this hotel preciously, easy for tram links. Hotel staff so polite and made you feel welcome. Breakfast excellent choices. Room very clean, no water due to overnight maintenance, so we had to leave at 5 am unshowered.

Unsafe. Accosted and threatened by a gang of 7 local men in parking garage. Room door would not secure properly. Management was aloof even with all the cameras. Had to check out early for fear of safety.

"Stayed for weekend as part of daughter's 21st celebrations. From room upgrade to cake and bubbly - everyone was so kind and made our stay so special. Room spotless, views incredible, best breakfast buffet ever, wonderful pool and sauna. Great location meant most major sites in easy walking distance.
