Bed was so comfy. Staff so friendly and helpful. We arrived 28th Nov and the foyer looked gorgeous with Christmas tree and decorations. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful interior, friendly staff, very close to old town (2 minute walk away) and many pubs/bars. Also, easy to get to and from airport via central Glowny train station if needed. Highly recommend, can’t go wrong!

Great location and quality to price ratio. Very comfortable and well fitted room, except for my pillow and a heating that doesn’t go below 19 which was too warm for me. Still 5⭐️ would definitely come back when in Krakow
