The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff were attentive and easy to talk to. It was hot in room as air conditioning may not of been available, but had window open whole time. All lights, tv and phone are all connected to tablet. Was there for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Would stay again. 1 min walk to train station, which I took from airport, and less than 10 minute walk to Old Town.

My rating is focused on the hotel's location. The property is ideally situated directly across from a large shopping mall. The charming Old Town is accessible via a leisurely 10-minute walk. During my four-night stay, I consistently observed many people on the streets, including on a Monday evening. The castle is within walking distance, and the picturesque route features numerous churches. The surrounding area boasts a diverse range of exceptional dining establishments, bars, clubs, museums, and other entertainment options. Although the hotel experienced technical issues with the gym, they graciously offered to schedule an appointment for me if needed. Instead, I elected to practice yoga in my room. Traveling to the airport is a significant benefit, with transportation costing approximately $7. To access the airport, simply enter the nearest mall entrance across the street from the hotel, take the escalator down, and follow the signs; the walk is very short. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and convenience

Across the street from Glowny Train station.

Right across the street from the train station, so very convenient if travelling by train. We arrived to Krakow very late and were very happy to just walk across the street and get checked in to our room quickly. Room was not large, but very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we return to Krakow.
