"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "

"Overall, the hotel was good and I had a pleasant stay. I did not receive any VIP benefits such as a room upgrade or similar perks. As an Expedia Gold Member, I was expecting at least one VIP offer from the hotel, but no benefits were provided at all. The only thing I received was early check-in
Additionally, the hotel did not provide slippers in the room. For a hotel of this quality, I consider this a significant downside, as even basic amenities like slippers are expected."
