Parking was full, they told us to park at the shopping center . Surprise —-it is closed on sundays. We’re totally unhelpful in helping us resolve getting our car out. We resolved it without them somehow . Terrible service from start to finish .

First night we arrived after unpacking wanted to rest in bed Pull cover of bed and a live insect crawling on the bed sheets Went downstairs showed a video of it She offered to change room which I didn’t feel like repacking after a long flight And no help from anyone Didn’t offer any complimentary breakfast or anything As if nothing happened Also beds very uncomfortable

I have been staying at this Hotel for the past 15 years since it was Intercontinental. Unfortunately this stay was very very bad in all means. House keeping very poor, towels , bedsheets are all old and terrible.

I’ve been staying at Dorint Heumarkt for many years, the property lobby was renovated few years ago and they also renovated the top floors rooms. I was given a room that smelled very bad due to old carpet and old ventilation. When I requested to change the room for a new one they told me that these rooms are all booked. It was uncomfortable staying in smelly old room.

It was a decent hotel. Pillows are horrible and I didn’t like how they offer the gym as an amenity on the website but you need to pay $20 a day to use it. Pretty ridiculous but besides that location is great to walk around.
