We came here for a soccer tournament and it's very convenient to the turf location. They text us to make sure we were all set with everything and I asked for a pizza recommendation they told us Golden Grain and it was excellent.

Convenient to Albany airport. Plenty of parking. I've been going to this hotel 2 to 3 times per year for at least 5 years. Each year it appears more degraded and less and less kept up. Also feels routinely understaffed. I'm not sure it is worthy of the venerated Hilton name anymore.

The property was great but the staff was the worst I've ever dealt with at any hotel , and ive stayed there before but this time the front desk personnel was very rude and disrespectful, i had to walk away and went back in the morning when there was someone else there that helped me.
