The property double charged me for my stay and is being extremely difficult about correcting the issue. The first representative said they don't see a charge on their end so take it up with Expedia even though I have proof of the charge from Hilton. The next representative stated it would take 72 hours to get a reponse from the hotel front desk but they have a habit of not following up so I should just call back again. The property itself has a nice lobby but the rest of the hotel is incredibly dated and smells musky. Certainly not worth the headache. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that do not double charge, provide better customer service, and a better overall experience.
