The hotel needs some updating and the rooms need to be checked closer for cleanliness. The elevator key pad should be wiped down. Rey dirty. The ice machine on our floor was not working. I just feel that the hotel could be a lot nicer.

Sofa bed in room still had blanket from previous guest There was a stain on the extra cover Regarding payment, hotel made a hold on much more than the real cost and deposit and I was promised it will be released as soon as I check out , it is not even after more than 5 hours of departure and they never sent an email final receipt as promised

I had to put a $50 deposit down and was told I would have that money back as soon as I checked out and it is days later and still no money back! I literally slept in the room and left so no damage at all! Don’t pay that $50 a day because you won’t get it back for days! I am pretty sure the price of the room includes the price in damages! I will never ever give a Hotel $50 a day for a security deposit!
