Room wasn’t dirty but not sparkling clean either. Shower handle falls off and drain kept closing during my shower. We had difficulty finding the street in the dark. Hotels nearby looked much nicer. Manager who checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. Downtown Hampton looked WAY nicer from the outside.

We came here in the middle of the night, after a horrible experience in a different hotel. The staff was super accommodating and understanding of out ordeal. The lobby was clean, well lit and welcoming. Our room was perfect. 10 out of 10.

Stayed for a sports tournament. Hotel was very clean, nice staff, very good location in terms of airports and restaurants. Lots of places to eat nearby. And laundry if you need.
