Our room has a big hole in wall,the mattress was ripped and stained, our a/c didn't work they were rude and it smelt musty and our shower was stained.

Disgusting! Room was filthy (carpet clearly not vacuumed after last guest, ant infestation, cobwebs, the drawers weren’t cleaned after last guest - we found fingernail clippings, dead bugs, crumbs, etc in every drawer in the room), the twin-sized pullout couch was stained and torn, mattresses and linens stained badly, a nearly empty roll of TP to use for 6 people and no extras left, not to mention the wet, smelly old sock odor that permeated everything. Nastiest place I have ever stayed in. Would’ve left but it was too late to pack everyone up and find a replacement.

Nobody at the front desk when we arrived, we had to make a lot of phone calls to get a person to sign us in, Frustrating, anyone could've walked in, horrible security

Three most important things: Room was clean, A/C was cold and the water was hot! Check in was quick. Outside is run down, looks a little sketchy.
