Amazing Lake House With All Amenities

4 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Lakehouse on Kayuta Lake at the foothills of the Adirondacks. 24 Miles north of I-90 from Exit 31 (Utica). 28 Miles from Old Forge. 34 Miles from Turning Stone Casino. Centrally located for a week of fun. Children welcome. Trained pets are permitted.

Central Air for hot days, tankless hot water so you never run out, sauna, two showers, a steam shower, and a whirlpool tub. Walk down to your own dock and bring your canoe or small boat. Fish away. Stainless steel grill on the back deck. Excellent view from the back deck and there are 61 steps that lead down to the dock and small beach area.

Pictures speak for themselves. WIFI. 65 inch curve TV. You Tube TV for local channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney, Showtime apps - but who wants to sit in front of the TV? WIFI to hook to your phone and play all your music. Washer/Dryer. Private road with almost no traffic for biking or walking.

Better rate if rented weekly and property is available during winter months for you snow mobile enthusiasts. Sheets and towels provided with cleaning fee. Up to two pets are allowed. Garage can hold two cars or store your toys for the week.

Great little get away
It was so nice to have a weekend away. There was plenty to do at the house it self. I especially loved the sauna, lil jacuzzi, and the steamer to enjoy. My kids loved all the open space they had to play in. It was a wonderful get away from reality for a little bit.

Amazing lake house
This is our second time in this house and it was as amazing as before. We found this place in 2021 and spent Christmas there. So magical with the fireplace, the snow and the lake view. We wanted to rent this year in summer but at the end we did it for Thanksgiving, the house is still really good, clean, spacious and the host is always willing to answer your questions. Again thank you!

Weekend Vacation
Every year our family chooses a location in New York to enjoy Columbus Day (Indigenous People’s Day) weekend. We selected this Lake House due to its location and being able to sleep our 3 adult children and their significant others. The place was great. Had plenty of room and being close to the lake allowed us to Kayak. Great weekend.

Very enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our time here. It was a perfect size and location for a family getaway. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and as described in the property description. Excellent view of Lake Kayuta in a very Adirondack like setting. Host was responsive and easy to communicate with; provided timely clear instructions. Currently, planning a return trip and would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful property but not for allergy sufferers
Property was lovely and host was very accommodating however there is a mold issue downstairs that triggered massive allergies for several family members so we had to leave within 16 hours of arrival. Hoping to receive a partial reimbursement due to the health issues experienced.

Perfect spot for getaway
A group of friends from all around the country came here for a weekend to reconnect. There was more than enough room. The host supplies far exceeded any expectations we had. The views, amazing! Our host answered any of our questions quickly. Checking in and out couldn’t have been easier. Plenty of space to gather, or have privacy if needed. Great parking. And the views, have I mentioned the views. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone!
