"I absolutely loved my two night stay at Hotel Fort Des Moines. The hotel itself was magnificent, my room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I enjoyed the cafe several times and wished I would have been able to try the restaurant. All the staff I interacted with were so friendly, helpful and very professional. I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Des Moines. "

"The water park is nice because my kids love to swim. We were there for 3 nights and i beer the kids swam for 12 hours. I wish the arcade was cheaper but it was okay. Had some plumbing issues but overall a good stay. "

"We had a good experience! Property is in decent shape with some maintenance underway on the 4th floor. Clean rooms and nice staff. For the weekly rate, it was worth the cost, but can’t attest to weekend rates. We would come back again if in the area."

"When we arrived, Keisha greeted us at the front desk and we enjoyed her friendly and outgoing personality, she could not have been nicer. The room is very clean and quiet. Although the hotel was pretty full, even the hallways were quiet, which was very nice no slamming of doors all night long. Breakfast in the morning was great, cooked fresh but even better was the coffee."
