The front desk was absolutely amazing! They greeted us by name every time we walked by. We had to get some deliveries for items forgotten at home and they always Brough them right to our room. The pool was kept warm so we could enjoy even in the winter. My only "complaint" was that the walls seem to be pretty thin so it can get loud at night because of people in the hall or a crying baby next door. However they seem to be aware of this so they provide white noise machines in each room. We would definitely stay here again and mostly because of the cleanliness and front desk friendliness. Great stay!

Nice stay, very easy to walk to Disneyland. Staff is extremely nice, kind, and helpful. Wasn't clear when I booked, but note that only available parking on site is valet for an extra daily fee.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn was great! I almost don’t wanna leave this good of a review because I’d like to keep it. Disneyland‘s best known secret.😅 the walk to Disney was less than 10 minutes. Super simple. Staff was kind and very helpful. Breakfast was great and had quick options or sit down options. The rooms are larger than average and clean.

We recently stayed 5 nights and went to Disney. The hotel was close and walk was easy. The sidewalks were well lit and walk was flat. Breakfast was simple but a variety of options. We would stay here again.

Great stay!

Wonderful hotel. Super clean rooms, beds were really comfy. My 11 year old did complain that the pull out bed was really squeaky. After walking at Disneyland all day, nothing beats a great nights sleep. Hotel was pretty quiet and I loved the full size soap/ shampoo/lotion dispensers. I think little containers are such a waste. Only a 12 min walk to Disneyland and real close to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel

It was a very nice and well maintained hotel. We stayed in room 520 and sometimes there was vibration in the floor which the kids thought was an earthquake until i explained how it was probably some equipment on the roof since we were on the top floor. The soundproofing for the windows could be improved as we were by the freeway and could hear the trash truck from the hotel next door at 6am. The breakfast was good. The bacon was good when i was able to fet some as it went fast every time it was out. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Disneyland gates and is about .4 miles. I didn't read about parking being valet only but that's one me and it was $35 a day with in and out privileges. We tried the text feature to have our car ready when we went down but it wasn't working properly but we only had to wait 5 minutes. We'd consider staying there again.
