The hotel lobby is nice and sheek. Not a fan of charging guest for parking at least not the first car. Could have a better coffee in the room. The coffee is not even worth Hilton’s time.

Arrived at checkin time and was told no room available. Manner was told was rude with no type of compensation offered. Only excuse provided was short-staffed which is NOT a customer’s fault.

It was clean and there were dining options walking distance from the property. The staff was very nice and helpful. What was lacking was a dining option on the property, they had some breakfast sandwiches you could buy in the morning and a few snacks in the gift shop. They advertise a bar, but it was open after 4 when we got there on a Saturday, but it is closed on Sunday Monday and Tuesday for some reason. Of course they do the new "you only get your room cleaned every 3 days" thing everyone is doing. You pay full price but clean you own room. Also the property might have been recently remodeled but there was missing furniture in my room. We had a whole sitting area by the window that looks like it should have chairs or something, it was just empty. The safe I had in my room did not work. And lastly, get a better WIFI system in this day and age. You have to log on to the WIFI every time you use a device and sometimes it just disconnects you.

The room was very clean and spacious. We were able to see the Disneyland Resort fireworks. The area was also quiet and we felt safe.
