Cleanest Hotel in the West!
The Villas are the cleanest of all the Disney Hotels. Even had the new smell in the lobby and the room! The room was very nice with a refrigerator, microwave, keurig, toaster, and more. I’m sure it’s going to be a DVC staple so book it if it’s available!!!

Accommodations not worth the high price!
We were disappointed with the room (queen bed ) ..had to pull down one bed over sofa. You would think with the price paid and being a new place would be easier and more accomodating. Plus requested water and there was a extra charge just for water..you should provide guest with free water similar to other hotels we have stayed in the area. Was my niece birthday and reason for getting her one night but frankly the main Disney hotel was much better from our past experiences. Also our itinerary said check in was at 3p but the Villas they said was at 4p!
